Biography: Kathleen t. Fitzgerald received her law degree from Stanford Law School and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.  At Stanford Law School, Ms. Fitzgerald was a Note Editor for the Stanford Law Review and a member of the Stanford Journal of International Law.  Ms. Fitzgerald is a former Law Clerk to the Hon. Hugh H. Bownes, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and was formerly associated with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, NY.  She has also worked as a clinical instructor at Brooklyn Law School and represented refugees as a volunteer for Lutheran Social Services of New York.  Ms. Fitzgerald is licensed to practice law in New York.
